Silca's `Empty Shells` are ideal for replacing mechanically damaged or broken keys which can no longer be used yet still have perfectly functioning electronic parts. The Empty Shell's head makes it possible to transfer the existing electronics into a new key blank which is mechanically perfect making it both easier and more cost-effective.
